Job Title: Sales Manager - Diamond Jewellery (B2B).
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to increase market share.
- Build and manage relationships with clients, distributors, and retail partners.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to support sales initiatives.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Diamond Jewellery segment.
- Strong understanding of domestic jewellery market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
- Experience with lab-grown diamonds is a plus.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
