Manager - Sales - Dairy Products/HORECA
Responsibilities:
- This role can also include ESOPS above the CTC for candidates from top B-Schools.
- Achieve assigned sales targets for your designated territory.
- Prospect for new HoReCa accounts and develop strategies to convert leads into sales.
- Manage existing client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business.
- Present and promote our FMCG product portfolio to chefs, buyers, and decision-makers.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with HoReCa clients.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
- Collect sales orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and maintain detailed customer records.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 of experience in FMCG sales, preferably with a focus on the HoReCa channel (experience can be adjusted based on the seniority of the role).
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
