About the Role
We're hiring a young, hungry, high-ownership Corporate Gifting leader to build our corporate gifting engine from Day 1. This role is for someone who has done corporate gifting deeply, knows how to crack accounts, and already has a live network of decision-makers + distributors/aggregators that can be activated immediately.
You will own the corporate gifting number end-to-end: pipeline - pitches - sampling - negotiations - closures - delivery coordination - repeat cycles.
Key Responsibilities
1) Corporate Gifting - Revenue Ownership
- Own and grow our corporate gifting revenue across festive, annual, and special- occasion calendars.
- Build and close a pipeline across HR, Admin, Procurement, CXO offices, Founder's offices, and gifting committees.
- Drive meetings, proposals, sampling, follow-ups, negotiations, closures, and repeat orders.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly targets with a "hunter mindset" (high activity + strong closure discipline).
2) Network-Led Growth (Must Have)
- Leverage an existing network of direct corporate decision-makers, and corporate gifting distributors / aggregators / channel partners to generate leads and conversions from Day 1.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners and resellers to expand reach across India.
3) Offer, Bundling & Gifting Playbooks
- Build gifting-ready bundles and price ladders (entry / mid / premium) with clear MOQ logic.
- Own seasonal playbooks: Diwali, New Year, annual rewards, employee onboarding kits, leadership gifting etc.
- Work with internal teams to create gifting assets: catalog, pitch deck, rate cards, sample kits, and gifting landing material.
4) Deal Execution + Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate closely with ops/logistics for: packaging specs, dispatch SLAs, address validation, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure a premium gifting experience: boxing, inserts, personalization (where possible), and post-delivery support.
- Maintain tight hygiene on payments, credit terms, and collections.
5) Reporting & CRM Discipline
- Maintain a clean CRM (or structured tracker): lead source, stage, next step, probability, value, closure date.
- Weekly reporting on: pipeline health, closures, risks, and next actions.
What We're Looking For (Non-Negotiables)
- 3+ years of experience with deep focus on Corporate Gifting / Corporate Sales (gifting-heavy).
- Proven ability to close gifting deals with HR/Admin/Procurement stakeholders.
- Startup experience is essential - you've done the hustle: cold outreach, follow-ups, running around for sampling, and solving last-mile issues.
- Exceptional relationship building + strong communication (you can sell premium confidently).

- A meaningful set of direct corporate connects, and distributor/aggregator contacts relevant to corporate gifting.
