Job Title: Sales Manager - Commercial Vehicle Finance (CV Finance - SM)

Experience: 8 to 15 Years

Company: One of India's Leading NBFC / Bank

About the Role:

You will lead business development for heavy commercial vehicle financing-targeting fleet owners managing 20+ heavy vehicles (trucks, trailers, etc.). Your role is to tap into the fleet financing opportunity, structure deals, build and convert relationships, and expand market share in your geography.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and acquire CV finance deals (new & used) for heavy vehicles (trucks, trailers)

- Develop relationships with fleet owners, OEMs, dealers, transport companies

- Manage the sales cycle: lead generation - deal structuring - credit liaison - disbursement

- Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual targets for disbursements and portfolio growth

- Understand fleet operator business models, cash flows, revenue cycles, and asset utilization

- Negotiate terms, pricing, collateral, security, etc., for large fleet deals

- Coordinate with credit, operations, documentation, legal & risk teams to expedite deal closure

- Monitor portfolio performance, ensure collections, manage delinquencies

- Track market trends, competitor offerings, and new territory opportunities

- Provide feedback to product / leadership teams on gaps, product enhancements

- Travel frequently within assigned territory to meet in person with clients

Mandatory Requirements:

- Experience in heavy commercial vehicle financing (trucks, trailers, fleet) within NBFCs, banks or vehicle finance companies

- Proven track record in sourcing and closing CV / fleet deals

- Experience dealing with fleet owners with 20+ heavy vehicles

- Strong domain knowledge of commercial vehicle industry, fleet operations, residual values, maintenance cycles

- Excellent negotiation, structuring & relationship management skills

- Willingness to travel extensively in territory

What You Bring:

- Graduate / Postgraduate (preferably in Finance, Business, Engineering, or equivalent)

- 8 to 15 years in vehicle / fleet / commercial vehicle finance sales

- Good networks in transportation, logistics, fleet management space

- Strong analytical skills and financial modeling

- Self-driven, target-oriented & result-focused
