About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager (Refinish Coatings) with strong experience in Business Development & B2B Sales. The ideal candidate will come from a good academic background and have hands-on exposure to car detailing products such as PPFs, car shampoos, coatings, and related automotive care solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive new business development and account acquisition in the refinish coatings & car care segment.

- Manage the complete sales cycle - lead generation, product demos, pricing, and negotiation.

- Build strong relationships with workshops, detailers, distributors, and automotive service networks.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.

- Identify industry trends, competitor movements, and customer needs to drive product penetration.

- Collaborate with technical and operations teams for smooth onboarding and after-sales support.

- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, MIS, and performance reports.
