Manager - Sales - Car Dealer Channel Strategy Execution: - Manage existing car dealer business and achieve sales volume target, with focus on product mix as defined in the strat plan - Car Dealerships/service center visits - Simulate the volume FC base on car channel business plan Processes: - Arrange and execute Training at service outlet and headquarter after service dep. - Support with Market Intelligence for Preparation of tenders for new businesses - pricing, policy, promotion, etc. - Continuously improve / streamline / update processes - Manage knowledge and all relevant information flow within the organization including active cooperation with the organisation in the territory - Customer Complaint Handling and timely warranty inspections" Reporting: - Regular monthly reporting, following the defined timing, content, quality requirements. - Sharing monthly MIS with all the OEMs along with the overdue reports and other reports as an when required. - Working closely with TCS team to share the dispostion reports on time & goodwill settlements within the given TAT - Supply organization with reliable, up to date field data about customer satisfaction and market competitiveness by monitoring and analyzing customer behavior, trends and innovations, changes in the market/business environment as well as best practices, allowing the organization to react fast and accurately."
