Responsibilities : - Establishing and implementing BD / Sales objectives and strategies. - Leverage key best practices to drive and successfully generate new business opportunities; build and effectively manage a list of new prospects to drive business development. - Primary focus on new logos / accounts acquisition by developing leads and meetings through multiple outreach programs. - Strong focus on selling to new/prospective clients and managing closed clients. - Collaborate with internal resources and external network to prioritize and penetrate key accounts; quickly build relationships with key stakeholders to drive business. - Identify key decision makers and develop strategic relationships to drive revenue. - Compliance in utilizing internal sales enablement tools and management processes. - Utilizing account planning and time management tools to drive an increase of research revenue to an assigned quota. - Follow determined best practices developed through collaboration with peers or delivered by Sales Learning and Development team. - Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects. - Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets. - Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin. - Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses. - Account Management- handling clients & managing relationships. - Maintaining CRM tool for managing client base and sales pipeline. - Achieves sales targets and controls expenses to meet budget guidelines. - Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are implemented. - Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance Skillset : - 4-8 years of experience in strategic / consultative sales as a hunter. - Experienced in driving lead generation and sales management programs with the ability to build relationship with key decision makers. - Experienced in staff augmentation / services industry. - Solid understanding of HR services and competitive landscape. - Network of existing contacts and clients across Pan India. - Added qualification in business development / sales / technology would be preferred.
