- Analyse sales, distribution, and market data to identify trends, opportunities, and patterns.

- Develop accurate, data-driven sales forecasts to guide strategic planning and resource allocation.

- Create detailed sales reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and sales teams.

- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve sales processes, pricing strategies, and market competitiveness.

- Conduct in-depth research on market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.

- Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance departments to ensure alignment on objectives and strategies.

- Improve and optimize sales processes and leverage CRM systems to enhance customer relationship management.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. BE from IIT or NIT & MBA from a premier reputed institute with experience of 2-5 years of experience in sales, business analysis, or a similar analytical role, preferably in the Manufacturing or FMCG sector.

2. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

3. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

4. Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI is often a plus.

5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.

6. Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
