Sales Manager - Derivatives (Bromine)

Role Overview:
As part of the company's global expansion efforts, we are seeking a strategic and driven Sales Manager to lead and grow the bromine derivatives segment. This role will be instrumental in developing market presence, driving sales, and strengthening customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development: Design and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and market penetration for bromine derivatives.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, offering solutions tailored to their needs.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to monitor trends, customer preferences, and competitive activity, and use insights to refine sales tactics.
Product Promotion: Clearly communicate the value proposition of bromine derivatives to clients, simplifying technical details into business benefits.
Sales Reporting: Track and report sales performance metrics, including client meetings, deal closures, and revenue forecasts.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and technical support to align market efforts with product capabilities.
Experience Required: Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the chemical industry, preferably with exposure to bromine derivatives or related specialty chemicals.

- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Deep understanding of the chemical manufacturing and distribution landscape.
