About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our Bioprocess Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by developing strategic sales plans, building strong customer relationships, and promoting innovative bioprocess solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries, including single-use technologies and therapeutic drug manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration.

- Identify, engage, and acquire new customers in the bioprocess sector.

- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.

- Conduct regular site visits, calls, and digital communications to maintain customer engagement.

- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Collaborate with internal engineering and quality teams to address and resolve post-sales issues.

- Introduce and promote newly launched products to existing and prospective clients.

- Provide product performance feedback to the management and engineering teams.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, communications, and customer accounts in CRM systems.

- Submit weekly sales reports and update sales request logs regularly.

- Work closely with the marketing team, offering customer insights to support campaign planning and brand strategy.

- Support the broader sales team by participating in meetings, knowledge sharing, and cross-functional initiatives.

- Exhibit the ability to work independently and contribute effectively to team objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelors degree or master's degreee

- 35 years of proven sales experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.

- Strong understanding of therapeutic drug manufacturing and related processes.

- In-depth knowledge of single-use technologies in biopharmaceutical applications.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and product demonstration abilities.

- High level of adaptability and problem-solving mindset.

- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 55%).
