Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager - Bio-Process Solutions to lead business development and account management efforts in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in bio-process sales, with expertise in building strong client relationships, expanding market presence, and driving revenue growth. This role demands a strategic thinker with excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth targets.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers in the bio-process industry.
- Manage and expand relationships with existing key accounts to maximize revenue potential.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to strengthen relationships and generate sales.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and marketing teams to resolve post-sales issues, ensure customer satisfaction, and shape marketing strategies.
- Introduce and promote new products, providing market and performance feedback to internal teams.
- Maintain accurate sales records, lead pipelines, and account activities in CRM tools.
- Submit weekly sales activity reports and participate in sales review meetings.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
- Travel up to 55% as required for client engagement and business development.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's in sales and marketing
- 4-5 years of proven sales experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industries, with a strong performance record.
- In-depth understanding of therapeutic drug manufacturing processes.
- Strong knowledge of Single-Use technologies in biopharmaceutical production.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Strong English communication skills (oral & written) with presentation and product demonstration expertise.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) for business prospecting.
- Prior experience in Key Account Management.
