Role Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to manage and grow relationships with corporate clients, drive new client acquisition, and expand the Corporate Cards portfolio.

The role requires strong relationship management, consultative selling skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver effective client solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management & Relationship Building:

- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing corporate clients.

- Understand client business needs and provide customized product solutions to enhance value.

- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and engagement.

Business Development & Client Acquisition:

- Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients to grow the Corporate Cards business.

- Generate leads through market research, referrals, and strategic networking.

- Convert opportunities into successful partnerships by delivering compelling value propositions.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives.

- Achieve individual and team sales targets through structured sales planning and execution.

- Track sales performance and provide regular updates on pipeline and results.

Product Expertise:

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Corporate Cards products, features, and benefits.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and regulatory changes.

- Position products effectively to meet client needs and address business challenges.

Stakeholder Management:

- Act as the single point of contact for external clients and internal stakeholders.

- Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Risk, Compliance, Customer Support) to resolve queries and concerns.

- Ensure seamless onboarding, issue resolution, and ongoing account management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in Corporate Cards, Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech.

- Strong relationship management and client-facing skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders effectively
