- We're looking for a technically strong sales professional to drive growth across the Beverage, Processed Food, Dairy, and Water industries.
- The role involves business development, key account management, and customer retention, with full responsibility for expanding market share, building long-term client relationships, and achieving revenue goals. Ideal candidates will have a technical degree (Food Science, Chemistry, or Engineering) and 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management within the food or beverage processing sector. Strong communication, analytical thinking, and consultative selling skills are essential, along with proven ability to deliver customer value and manage profitability.
Education & Experience needed
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Engineering, or Microbiology (something technical or scientific).
- A Master's degree is a plus.
At least 5 years of experience in:
- Sales or Key Account Management, Business development, Or plant/production/quality roles in food or beverage industries.
- Must understand basic finance and business management concepts.
Main responsibilities (in simple words):
- Grow the business in your region - find new clients in beverage, processed food, dairy, or water-related industries.
- Keep existing customers satisfied - make sure the company's products and services meet their expectations.
- Make sales plans - set targets and come up with strategies to reach them.
- Work with other departments - like marketing, pricing, and technical teams - to understand market needs and improve offerings.
- Monitor and report sales progress - use tools like Salesforce (SFDC) to track leads and opportunities.
- Ensure profitability - manage pricing, product usage, and payments from customers.
- Ensure safety and quality - follow and improve safe working procedures.
