Role Overview
- The Manager Sales (Bench/Staffing) will focus on selling Tech Extensors staffing, contract hiring, and bench resources into the US and European markets.
- This role requires a strong understanding of staffing cycles, rate card negotiation, and relationship building with staffing vendors, agencies, and direct clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage staffing demand from the US and Europe markets.
- Place bench talent and drive contract hiring opportunities.
- Build relationships with vendor partners, MSPs, and enterprise clients.
- Create target prospect lists and run outbound campaigns.
- Negotiate rates, contracts, and placement terms.
- Maintain real-time pipeline and CRM hygiene.
- Work UK/US shift to match client time zones.
Required Experience & Skills
- 5-10 years in IT staffing sales for the US/Europe.
- Strong understanding of rate cards, contract terms, and staffing lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and negotiation capability.

- Number of placements
- Revenue generated from staffing
- Bench utilisation improvement
