Lead our automotive business operations in Pune. In this high-impact role, you will serve as the primary architect of our growth strategy, overseeing the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to final contract negotiation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product engineering and supply chain, to ensure our solutions align with the evolving needs of our OEM partners. By fostering deep-rooted relationships with key stakeholders and driving excellence in account management, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market footprint and securing long-term revenue stability for the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Drive business development initiatives by identifying and capturing high-value opportunities within the automotive OEM sector to accelerate market share growth.

- Manage a portfolio of key accounts by providing strategic oversight and ensuring consistent delivery of value to maintain long-term partnerships.

- Design and execute comprehensive sales training programs to upskill the sales force, ensuring the team remains competitive and proficient in technical product knowledge.

- Lead complex negotiations with OEM procurement and engineering heads to secure multi-year contracts that align with company profitability targets.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements, directly influencing our competitive positioning in the automotive landscape.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex sales cycles within the automotive OEM industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive revenue targets.

- Exceptional ability to navigate high-stakes negotiations and manage senior-level relationships with key decision-makers in large-scale manufacturing environments.

- Strong proficiency in developing and implementing sales training frameworks that enhance team performance and drive consistent sales methodology adoption.

- Advanced analytical skills to interpret market trends and data, allowing for informed decision-making and strategic planning in a competitive landscape.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for leading cross-functional collaboration and representing the company at industry forums.

Education:

- MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field preferred.

- BE/B.TECH
