Sales & Revenue Growth Manager (D2C Fashion)

Location: Bangalore (HSR Layout / Indiranagar)

Experience: 25 Years

Industry: D2C Fashion & Apparel

Role Overview: We are looking for a high-energy, result-oriented Sales Manager to lead the revenue growth for a fast-scaling D2C Fashion brand. You will be responsible for driving sales across multiple channels (Website, Marketplaces like Myntra/Ajio, and Offline Experience Centers). If you have a knack for fashion trends, understand consumer behavior, and love playing with numbers to hit targets, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Channel Strategy: Define and execute the sales strategy for the brands website (D2C) and major e-commerce marketplaces (Myntra, Ajio, Amazon, Nykaa Fashion).

- Revenue Growth: Take end-to-end ownership of Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual sales targets. Analyze sales funnels and conversion rates to optimize revenue.

- Marketplace Management: Manage relationships with marketplace category managers to ensure better visibility, participating in flagship sale events, and optimizing "Storefront" performance.

- Inventory & Planning: Work closely with the Production and Supply Chain teams to ensure optimal inventory levels (Stock-outs Over-stocking )

- Discounting & Pricing: Design and implement promotional campaigns, flash sales, and loyalty programs without compromising the brands premium positioning.

- Offline Expansion: Manage and scale sales for "Experience Centers" or Pop-up stores in Bangalore and other metros.

- Data Analytics: Use tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and CRM data to identify customer trends and repeat purchase patterns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: 2 to 5 years of core sales/category management experience in a D2C Fashion or Lifestyle brand.

- Education: Graduate/MBA from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 institute preferred.

- Platform Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Shopify, Marketplace seller panels, and Performance Marketing basics.

- Analytical Rigor: Strong proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets. You should be able to tell a story through data.

- Trend Awareness: Deep understanding of the Indian fashion landscape, seasonal trends, and competitor moves.

- Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, "hustle" environment.
