The Role:
We are seeking a high-growth Sales & Operations manager to lead our B2B apparel and textile platform. This is a leadership role for an entrepreneurial MBA grad who can balance strategic operations with aggressive revenue generation.
Core Responsibilities:
- Drive Revenue: Take ownership of sales targets for advertising, sponsorships, and directory listings.
- Scale Operations: Streamline day-to-day editorial, content, and client-servicing workflows.
- Growth Strategy: Identify and launch new monetization streams within the textile ecosystem.
- Brand Presence: Elevate digital marketing and represent the company at key industry events.
- P&L Management: Manage budgets and drive financial performance.
