The S&OP Manager is responsible for driving and managing the Sales and Operations Planning process to ensure alignment between demand, supply, inventory, and financial plans. This role will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Production, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to create a balanced, feasible plan that optimizes resources and meets customer service goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the monthly S&OP cycle, including demand planning, supply planning, and executive S&OP meetings.

- Align supply plans with demand forecasts, considering constraints like capacity, lead times, and inventory targets.

- Work with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure feasible and efficient execution of the plan.

- Drive improvements in forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, and customer service levels.

- Monitor KPIs such as forecast accuracy, service level, inventory turns, and supply chain efficiency.

- Present S&OP performance, issues, and recommendations to senior leadership.

- Identify risks and opportunities in supply/demand alignment and develop mitigation plans.
