We are seeking a highly analytical and process-driven S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) Manager to lead the demand-supply alignment process and drive operational excellence across the organization. The role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end S&OP cycle, improving forecast accuracy, optimizing inventory, and enabling cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Production. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in demand planning, supply planning, and business analytics within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the complete Monthly S&OP cycle, including demand review, supply review, pre-S&OP, and executive S&OP meetings.

- Drive forecast accuracy improvements and ensure alignment between commercial and supply functions.

- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to consolidate inputs and deliver a robust demand plan.

- Assess capacity constraints, inventory health, production planning, and material availability to ensure service level targets are met.

- Track and analyze demand variability, inventory trends, OTIF, fill rates, safety stock, and other key supply chain KPIs.

- Identify gaps in supply versus demand and lead corrective action planning.

- Prepare and present S&OP dashboards, scenario planning, and actionable insights to leadership.

- Support long-range business planning, budgeting, and strategic initiatives.

- Implement process improvements, S&OP automation, and best practices.

- Drive cross-functional alignment and ensure data discipline across all stakeholders.
