Position: Sales & Marketing Manager - Merino Wool (Vietnam)

Role Overview:

Lead sales and marketing operations for Merino wool textiles in Vietnam. Manage key clients, develop new business, and drive 20% growth within two years while coordinating with teams in Korea and Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and mentor the Vietnam sales team.

- Maintain and grow existing customer accounts.

- Identify new business opportunities in the Merino segment.

- Collaborate with Korea HQ and Vietnam factory.

- Develop sales plans and monitor performance.

- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in wool textiles/Merino wool sales.

- English fluency and willingness to travel internationally.
