We're Hiring: Business Development & Marketing Lead | HireInfinity Consulting, Bangalore.

What You'll Be Doing:
Business Development:
- Identify new leads through referrals, networking, and strategic outreach.
- Craft and execute growth strategies tailored to each of our service lines.
- Prepare customized pitch decks and proposals to address specific client needs.
- Manage the sales funnel-track leads, follow up consistently, and close with confidence.
Client Relationship Management:
- Be the face of HireInfinity for new and existing clients.
- Build long-term relationships that translate into referrals, retention, and revenue.
- Proactively identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across services.
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Plan and run high-impact campaigns across email, digital, and offline channels.
- Manage content creation-from blogs and newsletters to service updates and case studies.
- Oversee our social media presence, especially on LinkedIn, to drive visibility and engagement.
- Coordinate with agencies/freelancers for design, SEO, or event support as needed.
Thought Leadership & Firm Positioning:
- Work closely with our partners to transform their expertise into whitepapers, guides, and posts.
- Drive thought leadership through workshops, webinars, and published content.
- Explore speaking, sponsorship, and networking opportunities to raise the firm's profile.
Tools, Reporting & Analysis:
- Maintain and manage CRM or lead tracking systems to monitor pipeline progress.
- Generate monthly reports on BD and marketing metrics-leads, conversions, and campaign performance.
- Support budget planning and vendor coordination for all BD and marketing activities.
Who We're Looking For:
Qualifications & Experience.
- 4-8 years of experience in sales and/or marketing-preferably in consulting firm, or professional services setup.
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of accounting, tax, and compliance services.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent writing skills-for content, proposals, and campaigns.
- Experience with CRM software, email tools (like Mailchimp), and LinkedIn marketing.
- A self-starter with the ability to navigate ambiguity and take ownership.
