Role Overview:
Role: Sales & Marketing Manager
Purpose:
To strengthen administrative, analytical, and coordination processes within the Sales & Marketing function by managing meeting coordination, data consolidation, reporting, and cross-functional follow-ups to support informed decision-making and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
KRA 1: Meeting Coordination & Documentation
- Schedule and coordinate internal review meetings and cross-functional discussions.
- Prepare and circulate accurate Minutes of Meetings (MoM).
- Track action items and ensure timely closure.
KRA 2: Data Consolidation & Analysis
- Collect, consolidate, and validate data from multiple business units and functions.
- Perform preliminary analysis and develop dashboards/reports for leadership review.
KRA 3: Reporting & Information Management
- Compile and summarize industry updates, transmission sector reports, and market intelligence for internal circulation.
- Ensure availability and accuracy of data for management reviews, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and strategic discussions.
KRA 4: Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as a liaison between Sales & Marketing and other departments for timely completion of deliverables.
- Monitor progress on key initiatives and proactively escalate risks or delays.
KRA 5: Process Efficiency & Management Support
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline data collection and reporting processes.
- Support senior leadership in preparing presentations, reports, and documents for internal and external stakeholders.
Competency Profile
Knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Working knowledge of SAP / ERP systems.
- Understanding of power transmission systems and conductor products.
