About the Client:

A leading multinational nutraceutical and consumer health company headquartered in Scandinavia, with annual global turnover exceeding USD 5 billion. The company operates across Asia Pacific, Europe, and Middle East, owning well-known brands in health, personal care, oral care and nutritional supplements.

Role Overview:

You will lead the business expansion of the oral care portfolio in India, driving both offline and online channels, and establishing strategic partnerships to support long-term brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans for the oral care category in India.

- Recruit, appoint and manage distributors, marketing agencies, and e-commerce partners.

- Drive growth in both offline retail and online channels (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.).

- Collaborate with product development and regional marketing teams for new product launches and brand initiatives.

- Monitor sales, stock, distribution coverage, promotional performance, and report monthly.

- Manage the advertising & promotion (A&P) budget and ensure cost-effective marketing execution.

- Support import, product registration, and regulatory compliance for Indian market.

- Build strong relationships with retail chains, modern trade, and online marketplaces to enhance visibility and sales.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.

- 8 to 10 years of sales and marketing experience in oral care, health supplements, personal care or FMCG.

- Proven experience in e-commerce partnerships and offline distributor network management.

- Demonstrated success in brand development, product launches and category management.

- Strong commercial acumen, analytical mindset, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

A commercially driven professional with hands-on experience in the oral care or health categories, adept at managing both offline and online channels, executing long-term brand strategies and driving growth in the Indian market.
