Role Overview:
The Sales & Marketing Manager will lead the business expansion of the companys health and wellness portfolio in India, including oral care and nutraceutical supplements. The role will focus on developing strategic distribution partnerships, implementing marketing programs, and driving both offline and online (e-commerce) sales performance in line with regional growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth for the companys oral care and nutraceutical brands in India.
- Recruit, appoint, and manage distributors, marketing agencies, and e-commerce partners.
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans aligned with regional direction.
- Create and manage annual marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.).
- Collaborate with product development and regional marketing teams to support new product launches.
- Monitor sales, stock, distribution, and promotional performance with detailed monthly reporting.
- Manage and report A&P budgets and ensure cost-effective marketing execution.
- Identify and develop online channel opportunities and digital-first go-to-market strategies.
- Support import processes and product registration in compliance with Indian regulations.
- Build strong relationships with key retail and online partners to enhance visibility and sales.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 810 years of experience in sales and marketing within nutraceuticals, health supplements, personal care, or FMCG sectors.
- Proven success in managing e-commerce partnerships (Amazon, Flipkart, 1mg, Nykaa, etc.) and offline distributor networks.
- Experience in brand development, product launches, and category management.
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical mindset, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent command of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and work independently.

A commercially driven professional with hands-on experience in nutraceuticals or health supplements, capable of managing both offline and e-commerce channels, and executing regional brand strategies for long-term growth in the Indian market.
