Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Leadership

- Lead end-to-end sales strategy, focusing on occupancy and revenue growth.

- Build and manage partnerships with corporates, institutions, and channel partners.

- Oversee high-value transactions (14 lakhs per deal).

- Mentor and manage the sales team to achieve targets.

- Marketing Strategy & Execution

- Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns (digital + offline) to enhance brand presence.

- Collaborate with operations and design teams to ensure consistent brand communication.

- Drive customer acquisition and retention through targeted marketing activities.

- Manage budgets for campaigns, events, and promotional activities.

- Cross-functional Collaboration

- Work closely with operations to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Align sales and marketing strategies for maximum market impact.

- Analyze performance data and provide insights for decision-making.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 6 to 10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, with at least 4+ years in field sales / business development.

- Background in co-living, hospitality, or hostel management preferred.

- Candidates from insurance or banking sales channels with strong relationship-building skills are welcome.

- Proficiency in digital marketing channels (social media, performance marketing, SEO/SEM) is a strong plus.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Willingness to travel extensively.

- Male candidates preferred due to travel/field requirements; exceptional female candidates are welcome to apply.
