We are a growing financial consultancy firm based in Yelahanka, Bangalore, committed to helping individuals and businesses make smarter financial decisions. Our services include wealth management, insurance planning, investment advisory, tax planning, and retirement solutions. We're looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our client acquisition and business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and grow the business.
- Generate leads through various channels - digital marketing, referrals, cold calling, and partnerships.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets for financial products and services (e.g., mutual funds, insurance, tax-saving instruments, etc.).
- Conduct client meetings to understand financial needs and offer customized solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for cross-selling and upselling.
Marketing:
- Plan and execute local marketing campaigns in Yelahanka and surrounding areas.
- Build brand visibility through social media, digital ads, offline campaigns, and events/seminars.
- Work with design and content teams to create marketing materials such as brochures, social media posts
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
- Manage and optimize CRM tools and databases to track performance metrics and campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
- 4-8 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in financial services, insurance, or investment firms.
- Strong knowledge of financial products such as mutual funds, insurance, SiPs, tax-saving instruments, etc.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM platforms is a plus.
- Local candidates preferred or those willing to relocate to Yelahanka, Bangalore.
