We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager for the Enterprise Gifting division of a D2C Brand.
Job Profile:
- Design, manage, and continuously improve the website experience.
- Oversee all UI/UX changes aligned with seasonal themes and campaigns (e.g., Diwali, Christmas, Mother's Day).
- Plan and execute integrated marketing pushes - across digital, content, and notifications.
- Lead product marketing and ensure brand alignment across communication channels.
- Manage collaborations with brands, creators, and event partners to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Plan and drive the complete digitisation roadmap for the platform to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Analyse marketing data and performance metrics to drive campaign efficiency and ROI.
- Lead sales initiatives, driving conversions through digital and offline channels.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure marketing initiatives directly impact lead generation and closures.
- Track sales funnels, CRM metrics, and post-sale engagement to support business growth.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in marketing, product, or digital sales in a D2C setup
- Proven success in digital marketing, website management, and campaign execution.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX, customer journey design, and conversion optimization.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to marketing and sales.
