Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Growth Strategy & Execution:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed annual targets.

- Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to ensure consistent growth.

- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize products, workshops, and seminars for better market reach.

- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to conversion and retention.

2. Social Media Strategy & Management:

- Create and execute a robust social media plan across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Medium, and YouTube.

- Develop and oversee engaging multimedia content (graphics, videos, blogs) to increase brand engagement.


- Monitor analytics to measure the impact of campaigns and optimize based on insights.

3. Outreach & Event Management:

- Plan and coordinate exhibitions, workshops, and community events to showcase STEM programs.

- Build and maintain relationships with event organizers, schools, and partners.

- Ensure timely follow-ups with leads from events to convert them into business opportunities.

4. Website & Digital Presence:

- Oversee the maintenance, accuracy, and SEO optimization of the company website.

- Work closely with the content and design teams to enhance user experience and digital visibility.

5. Brand Outreach & Communications:

- Manage creation and distribution of newsletters, press releases, and promotional materials.

- Collaborate with media outlets for coverage, interviews, and feature articles.

- Drive storytelling initiatives that align with the brand's mission and values.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

- 3-7 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in education, EdTech, or STEM-related sectors.

- Proven ability to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.

- Strong understanding of social media marketing, content strategy, and performance analytics.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a startup environment.

- Passion for STEM education and making a social impact through learning innovation.
