About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic professional to join our Marketing & Sales team.

The role involves promoting and selling specialty chemicals to clients in the Food, Cosmetic, and Lubricant industries.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and develop new business in target industries (Food, Cosmetic, Lubricants).

- Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting the companys chemical products.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and key decision-makers.

- Conduct regular client visits, product presentations, and negotiations.

- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure timely order execution.

- Keep updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

- Prepare sales reports and share insights with management.

Requirements:

- MBA and Bachelors degree in Science, Chemistry, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

- experience in sales/marketing (experience in chemical or allied industries is an advantage).

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build rapport with clients and manage relationships.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel for business.
