Manager - Sales & Design


Key Responsibilities/Scope of Role:

- Identifying and qualifying leads from various sources based on the company's target audience and their level of interest in the company's products or services.

- Converting Sales leads to final sales closure.

- Responsible for managing the company's lead database, ensuring that it is up to date and accurate.

- Track the conversion rates of leads, analyzing data to determine the effectiveness of lead generation.

- Responsible for Sales & Sign up and growth.

- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams.

- Meet new clients in the office and explain about the products and services and costing.

- Visit sites, prepare diagrams and quotations for the project.

- Responsible for complete end to end pre-sales solutions.

- Advises clients on interior design factors like space planning, layout as well as utilization of furnishings equipment, color schemes, and also color coordination and material selection.

- Maintaining data sheets.

- Preparation of concept proposal estimate.

- Attend necessary site meetings.

- Renders design ideas in form of paste ups, drawings, or illustrations and also presents design to client for approval.

- Client Satisfaction, follow ups, Handling escalations, Calls, Sales Cycle, Product Pitching, Closure.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: 5-7 years in sale of premium and luxury interiors.

- Industry Background: Luxury brands, premium customer service roles, lifestyle services, or high-ticket sales.

- Education: Graduate in any discipline. Background in Interior Design.

- Language: Fluent in English, Hindi, Kannada. Fluency in two or more south Indian Languages is a plus for this role [ Tamil, Telugu & Malayalam].

Skills:

- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.

- Client-first mindset and a high level of professionalism.

- Confidence to speak to HNI clients and corporate professionals.

- Comfortable using CRMs and reporting tools.
