Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly driven and consultative Sales and Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth for Instas.AI, our AI-powered automation and engagement platform. The role involves identifying business opportunities, understanding client automation needs, demonstrating AI solutions, and closing high-value B2B deals.
The ideal candidate should have experience in SaaS/technology sales and be comfortable selling AI, automation, chatbot, CRM, or digital transformation solutions in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Pipeline Development- Identify and target potential enterprise and mid-market clients
- Generate leads via outbound prospecting (calls, LinkedIn, email campaigns)
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Qualify prospects based on business fit and decision-making authority
Consultative AI Solution Selling- Understand client challenges in customer engagement, automation, lead management, or support processes
- Position Instas.AI as a solution to improve efficiency, conversions, and operational cost
- Conduct product demos and solution walkthroughs
- Work with technical teams to customize proposals where required
End-to-End Sales Cycle Management- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Prepare proposals, pricing structures, and commercial documentation
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to accelerate closures
Revenue & Target Ownership- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Maintain strong demo-to-closure conversion rates
- Focus on upselling AI modules and cross-selling related services
- Ensure pipeline coverage aligns with revenue targets
Client Relationship & Market Intelligence- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Ensure smooth handover to implementation team
- Gather feedback and share insights for product improvement
- Track competitor activity and industry trends
Required Qualifications & Skills:- Minimum 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS/technology sales
- Strong understanding of AI, automation, chatbots, CRM, or enterprise solutions
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication (verbal & written)
- Comfortable working in a startup, high-growth environment
Preferred Qualifications- Experience selling AI or automation solutions
- Exposure to BFSI, EdTech, E-commerce, Healthcare, or Enterprise clients
- Understanding of enterprise sales cycles
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms
