Job Description:
The candidate will be responsible for sales in the BFSI & Govt. Segment. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience and a proven track record in this field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tap and map all prospective customers/partners.
- Generate new business and increase the customer base.
- Focus on achieving assigned targets on a monthly basis.
- Manage and own the entire sales cycle from quote to collection.
Desired Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate should:
- Have experience dealing with BFSI & Govt. customers.
- Possess the ability to sell & push products.
- Have maturity and the ability to handle customer hierarchy confidently.
- Demonstrate business development and new customer creation experience.
- Be innovative in identifying potential customer bases.
- Be self-driven, self-motivated, and a go-getter.
- Able to face challenges and perform in a highly competitive and dynamic market.
- This is a field sales position that involves excessive traveling (mostly in-city) and feet on the street.
- Proven track record of over-achieving targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
