Role Overview:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales and Business Development Manager to support our B2B sales initiatives.
- The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of proven experience in field sales, excellent communication skills in both English and Kannada, and a strong ability to connect with clients at various levels.
- This role involves direct client engagement, field visits, and active participation in driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential B2B clients through field visits, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Conduct in-person client meetings to understand business needs and present tailored solutions.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the company's product/service offerings and effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the companys overall revenue objectives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline using CRM tools or reporting formats.
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to internal teams for service improvement and strategic planning.
- Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
Requirements:
Candidate Requirements:
Experience: 12 years of relevant experience in B2B field sales or client-facing roles.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Kannada.
Education: Any Bachelor's/Master's degree / Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Knowledge could be added advantage.
- Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Good knowledge of local business areas and customer behaviour is an added advantage.
