Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of progressive experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the local market, and the ability to build and nurture client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Planning:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.
- Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales revenue, and ensure accurate reporting.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Set clear individual and team sales targets and KPIs, and monitor performance regularly.
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to enhance team members' sales skills and overall performance.
- Foster a positive, goal-oriented, and collaborative team culture.
Business Development & Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a key point of contact for strategic accounts and resolve complex customer issues.
Sales Operations & Reporting:
- Analyze sales data, conversion rates, and pipeline metrics to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and other internal teams to ensure alignment of strategies and seamless execution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
Qualifications:
- MBA in Sales & Marketing is a plus.
- 4-6 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the Hyderabad market and business landscape.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.

- Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
