Job Summary:

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and motivating the sales team, developing strategic sales plans, expanding customer relationships, and achieving revenue goals. This role involves analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy & Planning

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals.

- Forecast sales targets and track performance.

- Identify new markets and growth opportunities.

2. Team Leadership & Management

- Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff.

- Set individual and team sales targets.

- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching.

3. Client Relationship Management

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.

- Manage negotiations and close high-value deals.

- Address and resolve customer concerns.

4. Sales Operations

- Monitor and analyze sales metrics and prepare regular reports.

- Coordinate with marketing, product, and operations teams.

- Ensure CRM systems are updated and used effectively.

5. Market Research

- Stay updated on competitor activities and industry trends.

- Provide insights to senior management to support decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- 3 - 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 -2 years in a supervisory role.

- Strong understanding of sales techniques and pipeline management.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
