About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives, drive revenue growth, and manage client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential customer segments.
- Plan monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives/representatives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and set individual targets.
- Train the sales team on product knowledge, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ensure high team morale and a performance-driven culture.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Identify and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Handle client queries, negotiations, and deal closures professionally.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Operations & Reporting:
- Track sales metrics and prepare reports on performance and pipeline status.
- Manage sales documentation, proposals, contracts, and CRM updates.
- Coordinate with marketing, finance, and operations teams for seamless delivery.
- Ensure timely execution of sales processes and follow-ups.
Business Development:
- Explore new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's reach.
- Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Gather customer feedback to support product/service improvements
