Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and sales pipeline to optimize resources and maximize profitability.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar sales leadership role (typically 5+ years).
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to develop actionable insights.
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
