We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Professional to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities to meet revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and growth opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure successful onboarding of clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams for go-to-market strategies.
- Track sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales quotas and KPIs.

Qualifications

- 2-6 years of sales experience (B2B or B2C, depending on industry).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
