
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the full B2B sales lifecycle: prospecting, qualifying leads, presenting tailored solutions, negotiating terms, and closing deals
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business goals
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Executives; provide coaching, training, and performance feedback
- Build and maintain strong relationships with mid-to-enterprise clients, understanding their business needs and positioning appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with marketing, delivery, and product teams to align propositions, campaigns, and go-to-market efforts
- Use CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) to track leads, pipelines, and forecast sales accurately
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, generate reports, and present insights to senior leadership
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and digital marketing/eCommerce innovations to inform sales approaches
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 4-8 years of demonstrated success in B2B sales within IT services, eCommerce, or digital marketing sectors
- Proven track record in mid-to-enterprise sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong leadership and team management experience; ability to mentor and drive performance
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with polished presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data and market insights
- Self-motivated, resilient, and action-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Looking for a self-driven, target-oriented sales leader with 4-8 years of experience in B2B sales (IT, eCommerce, Digital Marketing).
- You'll own the full sales cycle - from prospecting to closing - and lead a small team of Sales Executives.
Must-Haves:
