We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager with 3+ years of experience to lead and grow our sales operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, generating revenue, developing new business opportunities, and mentoring junior sales team members.
You should be highly motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development through strategic prospecting and lead generation.
- Manage the entire sales cycle - from identifying potential clients to closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demos.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on customer needs and messaging.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in SaaS, IT, retail, finance, etc.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer lifecycle.
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot.
- Ability to analyze sales data and draw actionable insights
