Responsibilities:
- Identify and contact potential customers through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Explain software features, benefits, and pricing.
- Conduct product demos and presentations.
- Close deals and meet monthly sales targets.
- Sell subscription-based software to B2B clients.
- Handle inbound + outbound leads.
- Understand client pain points and match software solutions.
- Prepare proposals and quotations.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
- Understand technical requirements from clients.
- Present suitable software or IT solutions.
- Coordinate with technical teams for customizations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Maintain strong after-sales relationships.
- Prepare regular performance reports.
- Coordinate support and updates for clients.
- Maintain sales pipeline in CRM.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic technical understanding of software/SaaS products.
- CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate.
- Understanding of subscription models (MRR/ARR).
- Tools: Zoom, HubSpot, Apollo, G-Suite.
- Excellent relationship-building ability.
- Understanding of SaaS renewals.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts.
- Discipline and consistency.
