What You'll Be Driving: 1. Lead a High-Impact Team: Manage and mentor a team of 4-5 skilled professionals across planning, procurement, and inventory control. Foster collaboration, accountability, and a performance-driven culture. 2. Own End-to-End Planning: Turn category and channel forecasts into precise, data-backed inventory strategies. Align warehouse planning with business goals, ensuring zero stock-outs and minimal holding costs. 3. Procure with Purpose: Oversee the full purchase cycle: PO planning, vendor coordination, delivery tracking, and payment closures. Build strong partnerships with vendors and identify ways to improve lead times and cost efficiency. 4. Be the Guardian of Inventory: Own inventory health across all warehouses-track inwarding, transfers, stock reconciliations, and audits. Ensure flawless execution and real-time visibility across systems and physical stock. Your Background: 1. Bachelor's in Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain. MBA preferred. 2. Hands-on experience in retail, e-commerce, or D2C supply chains. 3. Familiarity with ERP systems and cross-functional coordination.
