Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Risk Management, Risk Mitigation & Compliance Professional with a strong background in supply chain and manufacturing sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in risk frameworks, audit processes, and compliance protocols within manufacturing and supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Risk Management & Mitigation:
- Identify, assess, and prioritize risks (operational, financial, regulatory, and strategic) in supply chain and manufacturing.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize business disruptions.
- Conduct risk audits, scenario analysis, and business continuity planning.
- Monitor external risks (market fluctuations, geopolitical factors, supplier risks) and recommend proactive measures.
2. Compliance & Regulatory Oversight:
- Ensure adherence to local and international compliance standards (ISO, OSHA, SOX, GDPR, etc.).
- Oversee internal audits, compliance checks, and corrective action plans.
- Liaise with legal, finance, and operations teams to align policies with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain documentation for compliance certifications and audits.
3. Supply Chain & Manufacturing Risk Focus:
- Evaluate risks in procurement, logistics, vendor management, and production processes.
- Assess supplier/customer risks and implement due diligence processes.
- Mitigate risks related to inventory management, demand fluctuations, and supply chain disruptions.
- Ensure safety and quality compliance in manufacturing operations.
4. Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
- Advise leadership on risk exposure and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed risk awareness in business processes.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Risk Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CRM, CSCP, ISO 31000) are a plus.
- Experience: 15+ years in risk management, compliance, or audit roles, with at least 5 years in supply chain/manufacturing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in risk assessment tools, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), and compliance software.
- Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Age Preference: 50-55 years (considering maturity and industry experience).
