Job Description:

Position: Enterprise Risk and Compliance Manager.

Core Responsibilities:

- Understand company's business and Design, implement, capture and maintain an Enterprise Risk Management framework and Policies across the organisation.

- Identify Risks, carry out assessment of risks with respect to operations, credit and financial risks.

- Assess the requirements and preparedness of systems and procedures and design such processes and systems meeting regulatory, statutory and legal compliance requirements

- Draft, Review and implement company wide compliance policies and procedures cutting across different functions based on the workflow life cycle of the product design and delivery

- Identify, Design and Track all the actions for compliances-statutory, regulatory and report adherence or otherwise of the compliances to the stakeholders and the Management.

- Track and report the risk metrics across functions including operations and technology, financial and reputational to the stakeholders and Management

- Prepare training materials for understanding risks and compliances across functions and impart training to all Internal stakeholders to inculcate the risk awareness culture.

- Conduct internal assessment of people in key functions of the level of awareness of risk, mitigants and awareness of compliance standards and need to ensure adherence to compliances.

- Work closely with internal audit to assess the level of adherence of compliance policies and procedures.

- Work closely with credit, operations, product design and collections teams to understand, identify the risk metrics in each of these functions, track these on an on going basis and report risk levels periodically compare to the acceptable level of risks commensurate with the business objectives.

Skills and relevant experience :

- 4-6 years of relevant experience in Risk and compliance functions in a mid layer or top layer NBFC or a Bank

- CA or CMA preferably

- Strong analytical skills and ability to get insights and understanding trends and patterns from mass statistical data .

- Ability to interpret complex regulations and connect to the business requirements and find ways to design solutions with the other business stakeholders

- Strong interpersonal relationship and stakeholder management across functions

- Identify and implement GRC tools used in industry like Sprinto - designed and customised to business requirements, tracking and reporting using the tools.
