We are looking for experienced professionals for the role of Manager SoQC within the Risk & Compliance practice. The role focuses on strengthening the System of Quality Control (SoQC) framework through risk assessments, controls testing, remediation tracking, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.

The candidate should have strong exposure to Internal Audit, SoQC, ISQM1, or QC1000 standards within Big 4 / Big 6 consulting environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct risk assessments, walkthroughs, and process documentation

- Perform control testing and evaluate operating effectiveness

- Monitor control deficiencies and drive remediation activities

- Maintain SoQC control inventory and documentation standards

- Prepare dashboards, reports, and management summaries

- Coordinate with global stakeholders and process owners

- Support automation and standardization initiatives

- Review workpapers and mentor junior team members

- Ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational standards

Required Skills:

- SoQC / ISQM1 / QC1000 Frameworks

- Internal Audit & Controls Testing

- PCAOB / AICPA Standards

- Risk & Compliance Audits

- GRC Tools (ServiceNow preferred)

- Power BI / Advanced Excel

- Process Mapping & Documentation

- Stakeholder Management

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Experience in Big 4 / Big 6 consulting organizations

- Strong analytical and reporting skills

- Experience in quality reviews and remediation management

- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
