About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Risk Advisory team. The ideal candidate will have experience in internal audit, risk assessment, process reviews, and internal controls across diverse industries. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with clients, identify business risks, and provide practical recommendations to strengthen governance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute internal audit and risk advisory engagements across multiple sectors

- Conduct enterprise risk assessments and evaluate internal control frameworks

- Review business processes, identify control gaps, and recommend process improvements

- Perform IFC testing, SOP reviews, and compliance assessments

- Prepare audit reports, risk matrices, and management presentations

- Liaise with client stakeholders to discuss observations and remediation plans

- Support in developing risk-based audit plans and project execution

- Ensure timely completion of assignments with high-quality deliverables

Desired Skills & Competencies:

- Strong understanding of internal audit, risk management, and internal controls

- Knowledge of IFC, SOP documentation, compliance reviews, and process audits

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools

Eligibility Criteria:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory

- 4-5 years of relevant experience in Risk Advisory / Internal Audit / Consulting

- Experience with consulting firms or professional services firms preferred

- Willingness to travel for client engagements, if required
