Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement comprehensive revenue planning frameworks to align departmental goals with overall business objectives and financial targets.

- Lead the end-to-end forecasting process by analyzing historical trends and market indicators to provide accurate revenue projections for senior management.

- Oversee revenue assurance initiatives to identify and mitigate leakage, ensuring high levels of accuracy in billing and contract management.

- Develop and execute sophisticated pricing strategies that maximize margins while maintaining competitiveness in the target market.

- Manage the integration and maintenance of business intelligence dashboards to provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators and operational health.

- Drive process excellence by auditing existing workflows and implementing automation to reduce friction in the lead-to-cash cycle.

- Collaborate with sales leadership to optimize territory planning and incentive structures, fostering a high-performance culture across the organization.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex revenue operations, with a proven ability to translate raw data into strategic business narratives.

- Strong proficiency in advanced data analytics and business intelligence tools, with the ability to build scalable models for forecasting and performance tracking.

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams and communicating technical insights to non-technical leadership.

- A structured, analytical mindset with a focus on process optimization and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in revenue operations, financial planning, or strategic business analysis.

- A postgraduate degree in management or a related quantitative field from a premier institute is highly preferred.
