The Role
Build and scale our unified revenue engine. Own the intersection of data, strategy, and cross-functional execution. Align marketing, product, business, finance, supply chain and analytics into a revenue-driving machine-optimizing acquisition to retention through analytics, automation, and experimentation.
What You'll Do
- Revenue Strategy: Coordinate across Marketing, Product, Business, Finance, Analytics. Own revenue planning, GMV targets, demand forecasting end-to-end
- Data Infrastructure: Build single source of truth with BigQuery, Looker, etc. Track CAC, LTV, conversion rates, campaign ROI
- Experimentation: Drive A/B testing culture and data-driven growth optimization across the user journey
- Tech Stack: Integrate and optimize Mixpanel, Clevertap, Appsflyer, BigQuery-automate reporting and workflows
- Metrics Ownership: Own revenue KPIs, monitor performance, keep teams aligned on growth targets
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 4-7 years in Rev Ops, Growth Ops, or Growth marketing at e-commerce/consumer startups
- Data Skills: SQL, Excel/Python proficiency. Expert with product analytics (Mixpanel) and BI tools (Looker, Tableau)
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with BigQuery, Mix pnel, ad platforms, and marketing tech integrations
- Cross-Functional Leader: Align diverse teams, translate data into action, drive collaborative problem-solving across internal and external stakeholders.
- Strategic: Understand growth loops, acquisition channels, Gen Z consumer behavior
- Experimenter: Test and iterate quickly in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
