Manager- Revenue Assurance

We are partnering with a rapidly growing startup to hire a Revenue Controller who will play a critical role in strengthening financial governance, improving cash flow visibility, and driving commercial finance excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage receivables, collections, and credit control processes.

- Monitor commercial spends, claims, rebates, and deductions.

- Lead revenue and settlement reconciliations across channels.

- Support revenue reporting, profitability analysis, and working capital management.

- Build MIS and provide insights to support business decisions.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and controls.

Ideal Candidate :

- CA with 2 - 4 years of experience or Finance professionals with 4 - 7 years of relevant experience.

- Background in revenue accounting, commercial finance, credit control, receivables, or financial planning & analysis.

- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.

- Ability to work across functions, influence stakeholders, and solve business problems through data-driven insights.

- Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership.
