Manager - Revenue & Business Finance - FinTech - CA

Job Description:

- Drive end-to-end revenue finance processes, including revenue recognition, reconciliations, MIS, and financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards.

- Partner with business, product, and operations teams to provide financial insights, support revenue forecasting, and improve business performance.

- Lead and support ERP implementation/migration projects.

- Identify and implement finance automation initiatives to streamline billing, reconciliations, reporting, and other core finance processes.

- Collaborate with technology teams to integrate fintech solutions and enhance finance systems, controls, and operational efficiency.

- Strengthen internal controls, ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, and support internal/external audits.

- Prepare and analyze financial dashboards, KPIs, and variance reports to support management decision-making and business growth.

- Drive continuous process improvement by standardizing finance workflows, documenting SOPs, and leveraging technology for scalable operations.

Desired Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 23 years of post-qualification experience.

- Experience in Business Finance, Revenue Assurance, FP&A, Financial Reporting, or Finance Transformation.

- Prior experience with ERP implementation/migration projects is highly preferred.

- Exposure to finance automation, digital transformation, or fintech platforms is an advantage.

- Candidates from Big 4/Big 6 consulting or audit firms with relevant finance transformation experience are encouraged to apply.
